Trendi Fashions Boutique DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS For Returned Items! We want all of Our Customers To Experience Exceptional Customer Service. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for STORE CREDIT or for another available item of equal value.

To complete your return for Store Credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Don't Worry Your Store Credit WILL NEVER EXPIRE!

Refunds (if applicable)
If an item is approved to be refunded, a refund will only be issued WITHIN 7 DAYS! Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items returned within 7 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

 

Products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 15% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.
